Awesome nose art is no more, if I recall correctly. Which is horseshit.

Something about this being beat up makes it even more menacing.

I’m reminded of that scene in Slap Shot where the team bus driver was beating the hell out of the side of the bus with a sledge hammer. “I’m making it look MEAN!”

I support this.

This just gave me an idea on how to break a lot of the ISIS soldiers’ morale while also saving money.
Some days fly fighters in and bomb them into 2077. Other days, fly fighters in and have them go supersonic over the compound all day and night.
Of course, another way to lower the morale is to launch an ICBM at Raqqa and burn them in nuclear fire, but that's very expensive and messy.

Watch out for when it snorts

Unfortunately, you can’t kill an idea with bombs.

Look, there is an airplane attached to that gun!

Probably actually a bit cheaper, I mean they do have to reduce stockpiles anyways. It is not like you could just put an ICBM in a landfill so it could be "efficient disposal and testing". Certainly messy though with the whole fallout thing.

That’s going to be the issue. Bombing only works if you have people on foot actively taking over and controlling territory and driving ISIS into whatever little hole they can find. If you just bomb and leave they will come back. My opinion is let the various oil countries in the middle east get their armies together to do something about this instead of us getting into it. If they choose not to use their armies then let ISIS destroy them too maybe they’ll learn to fight for what is rightfully theirs. Also Saudi Arabia full supports ISIS and we are buddy buddy with them which makes no sense to me, Saudi Arabia is supplying ISIS with Captagon which is used to drug their young soldiers, a Saudi prince was just arrested last month in Beirut for having like 2 tons of Captagon being loaded onto his private plane the Captagon is being sold to ISIS.

It’s from shitty boomers whacking the front during IFR.

Shitty boomers? The IFR part makes me think you’re talking about hail in a bad thundertorm, but I’ve never heard that before.
In any case it makes it look more menacing.

Boomer = Boom Operator
IFR = In Flight Refueling
Meanacing or not, it’s a pain in the ass for the crew chief and the sheet metal guys.

Not to mention Turkey’s indirect funding of ISIS, who we’re also best buds with...

That, I’m afraid, is not how they’re going to be defeated. All they have to do is surround themselves with civilians.

There was a plan @10 years ago to fill icbms with a 1k lb of high explosive to instantly (within an hour) take out any target on earth. The idea would be a retaliatory strike before fighters could even be airborne.
They then remembered that launching a barrage of icbms that Russian satellites would be watching might lead to a bad misunderstanding.
